Use command-line options for a quick build

A small project does not need a JSON file. Select the engine and common values directly:

sh
markdown-publish serve \
  --module vitepress \
  --source doc \
  --name 'Example::Client' \
  --base '/example-client/' \
  --output site

Repeat --source to name several exact source roots. The remaining common options are --branch, --version, and --help. Put native engine options, supplemental configuration, and Cloudflare settings in a JSON file; the command line intentionally exposes only the common quick-start choices.

When a project file is selected explicitly or found automatically, --module cannot replace its engine. Use MARKDOWN_PUBLISH_MODULE for a deliberate runtime engine override.
